When are you in the right place?
​My work is about helping you to feel at home in your body again, for example if you have distanced yourself from your own body due to traumatic experiences or persistent pain.If you find yourself in a life situation where you feel like you are treading water and can't move forward on your own.If you are often unhappy and can't find a way out at the moment.Or you simply have to overcome a major challenge and would like support to overcome old or new hurdles.
What does a holistic approach mean?
The holistic approach is about holistic healing of body, mind & soul. I use NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) techniques as well as approaches from yoga philosophy and shamanism in conversation and on a spiritual level. On an energetic level, I actively support you, find & release energy blockages. With bodywork in the form of somatic body and breathing exercises, you learn to change your energies yourself.​
How is a unit structured?
Every person is different and every session with me is as individual as you are.Together we determine what is needed today. I let myself be guided intuitively. The decisive factor is what issues and energy you bring with you that day.There may be sessions where we work exclusively on a physical level or just talk.Together we will find out what will be the most effective mix of methods for your individual healing process.In addition, at the beginning of our work together we will discuss the framework of our sessions, as well as the actual and desired situation, from which we can derive gentle healing goals.​
